Telstra: P20 Redesign

Outcome
Successfully redesigned the plan to order journey so legacy products didn't require users to create a new account on Siebel for the purchase of legacy products. This meant users could avoid the credit check and IDV flow if they already had an account with Telstra. Due to legal agreement with Telstra, this showcase must be presented by Saj on Miro and the client must not record the content.

Relio: End to end design and build

Outcome
Relio is a platform for patrons and venues alike, reimagining how you discover your city and earn rewards. We created an app and business model which won grant funding from NSW Department of Investments for our innovation. You can also download Relio from the app store. This project required complete cross-functional skills, across service design, UX and software engineering.

Outcome
Successfully implemented the outbound messaging feature for Complex Case Managers on the Salesforce CRM, reducing the time to solve enquiries by 40% as messages were coming through in real-time via a chat message style interface. Due to legal agreement with Telstra, this showcase must be presented by Saj on Miro and the client must not record the content.

Flight Centre Travel Group: Mobile quote redesign

Outcome
Follow the hi-fidelity UX wireframes and prototype for the redesigned quote journey, My final usability tests on UserTesting resulted in a 35% reduction in time spent on the quote page before the participant progressed through the quote funnel. The verbatims from the users were very positive throughout the entire journey. The wireframes was handed over to the dev team and is now live on the FCTG mobile app. Abandonment rate has reduced by 12% on the mobile quote journey. Due to legal agreement with FCTG, this showcase must be presented by Saj on Miro and the client must not record the content.

Outcome
We created a cyber insurance product which leveraged one of Firemark Ventures portfolio companies UpGuard and IAG's core CGU business product to protect customers from cyber risks. The Cyber Insurance product turned into a ~$1m portfolio for CGU.
